Artists’ Assistant 

  • Formulated and mixed the proper color and amount of Faux finishing paint for the Buddha Statue (10′x9′) found at the entry of the Wok’N'Fire Restaurant in St. Charles, IL 
  • Fabricated the bar facade (18′x43″x7″) and light fixture (4′x4′x4′) above the hosts’ station at the Wok’N'Fire out a steel rings and over 4000 mig welds
  • Utilized my carpentry and vocational skills to assist in the creation of the larger light fixture (16′x7′x6′) found above the bar and lounge area of the Wok’N'Fire
  • Assisted with the gilding and finishing process for the Dragon Statue (17′x6′) found on the west wall of the restaurant area of the Wok’N'Fire
  • Assisted with the installation of the Giant Abacus (18′x9′) in the Wok’N'Fire, and prepared it for finishing

The Broken Handle

Milwaukee, WI ( May 2008 – August 2009)

Lead Guitarist and Vocalist

  • Wrote the lyrics and music for guitar for the songs performed by the Broken Handle
  • Created the band’s graphic work (album art, poster art, etc.) using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Organized and executed the band’s debut show: established the date and location at LIVE on North, organized the bands accompanying TBH in the performance, and created the promotional art for the venue

  • Profiled (illustrated) 300+ archaic pottery artifacts, and all inclusions, of various widths, preserved heights, and styles efficiently in a given time frame (i.e. one dig season = 3 months)
  • Drafted all illustration in accordance with proper archaeological conventions
  • Generated digitized renderings of the illustrations completed in the field via the computer programs Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for publication

Hacimusular Project, University of Minnesota

ElmalI – Antalya, Turkey (May – July 2005)

  • Profiled for the project 400+ pottery sherds and additional artifacts discovered in the archaeological process
